HELP: Running Rich... Or At Least I think I am

My exhaust reaks of fuel. I thought the ECU was supposed to adjust for this. What are my options for a fix?

How many miles you got? I'm at 106,500 miles and I'm getting like 16 MPG so I think it's time to change the front O2 sensors.
