I was driving and got a SES light. When I checked the code it was a 0702 Three Way Catalyst (right bank). I cleared the code and it hasn't come back. Could this have been a blip in the system or is it going to probably come right back. Car is a 99 5 speed with 85K on it.

 

Yeah, I had this too in the same time with after CAT O2 sensors codes (front and rear), but my car has 115k and I replaced all O2 sensors (four of them). So far it did not come back.
