16" Wheels..Who to stay away from?

I have been doing a lot searching on prices and looks for a new set of 16" or 17" wheels. Since I want to make an educated purchase, Im asking my friends out there for some information on their experience with different wheels and manufacturers. Tire Rack has the lowest prices so far, if there are any better places let me know as well.
