manual climate control to digital

I would like to change to digital but i have heard that there is more to this than simply swaping them out. Is this true?

BRO! Relax. First off, this forum is extremely elaborate and there is a lot of imformation here to swallow. If you're gonna flame someone for asking a simple question, then flame the people talking about **** in the other threads and not this poor guy who just wanted help.

oh man... sorry fellas but im with this one. Almost everyone gets crap for asking a question that is already in the faqs. But the search doesnt work... well at least for me. (donating members... i know). Why not just say that its not worth the money and its not at all easy to do, and there is a write-up somewhere in the faq's and post the link. His question gets answered, and you just pointed him in the right direction. Why bash on him???? Just wondering.

^^Ummm... because if he had read the stickies this thread wouldn't have even been created. Do you know how much less BS we'd have to sift through in the 4th gen forums without threads like these??

yea i know, but all im saying is try to see it from his eyes. Maybe he tried or maybe he didnt know where to look. There was a time when you didnt know anything about your car. You didnt learn over night and it took time and help. I remember posting a question that wasnt in the faqs and i got ripped on it too. I dont know but maybe you have posted something "stupid" at least once.
As for the space being consumed... i dont know how this works but call me stupid for thinking they can be deleted.

Sure we've all posted stupid things. But he's at an advantage. I think I'm actually helping him seeing that both he and the .ORG will be better off due to the responses by me and others in this thread.
