VIDEO: Chariot make a nice 1/4 mile pass at dragway

Here is a dragway clip of my maxima making a pass at the dragstrip ! Little did I know the clutch would give me trouble on the way home, lol ! The max has now been sitting up around 3 weeks while my poor butt saves for new tranny and clutch and who knows what else.

Heres the vid, and if you download it - post up something, would like to hear any comments - about anything !

Looking sweet Ceasar.

Any idea what kind of flywheel/clutch combo you are going with yet?

I love the tone the headers gives your exhaust.

if i go flywheel it will be fidanza, i have no idea on the clutch, i just dont know what to go with. i would like something with near stock feel with a bit more clamping force. I also need something that is not a cheap piece of junk and will last.

im open to suggestions, i have actually been thinking about the JWT Stage 1 but cant find much info at all abou it.

the headers are amazing, there is no drone in the car at all now versus the low bass note humming at all times with the old setup. the sound inside the car is awesome, when i can get around to it i need to buy a better muffler. ( i have the magnaflow racing series) but i love the cattman headers, the headers have been the most rewarding and most loved mod i have done.

i need to dig up a transmission and new clutch and see what else i can toss in , the car has been parked to long. thanks for compliments, nothing any of you guys couldnt do !

Ceasars: I just got back from Cali last Saturday. Been there for two weeks. So, no I haven't had the time to work out the kink yet. And if you remember, I got in an accident just before my trip. My car is out of the body shop, good as new. I think I'm going to put in a new fuel filter first and see if that will do anything. Once I get that in, I'm heading to the track again. That and the addition of the ypipe should help. Not sure if the rain will let up though.

Nice video, as usual.

Welcome back Cumalot.

That was a fun night with the 4th gens (and frosty) representin' for the Maxima community. Tons of other cars and imports, but we had like 8 there too.
