2003 High beam HID Conversion ?
Has Anyone Done a After market "HIGH BEAM" after market Conversion or is it even possable Just wondering ?

You don't need to post your aim, email, ss#, home phone number, address etc to get a response....
You can do it, however it would be rather weird. HIDs take time to warm up and having them in the high beam will result in some weird effects everytime you turn them on. Also, the constant on and off will make the bulbs last a very short time.
So you can do it, but shouldn't unless you go with bi projectors.. Like put a hi/lo projector in the high beam reflector and have both bulbs come on with the low beam, and when you flick the highs, have the solenoid in the projector move hence creating a high beam. That's how it's done anyway, though I personally have found that high beam emulation from hi/lo projectors leaves something to be desired.
