New Rims on my Max: Pics (56k warning)

Finnally got some pics of the new rims (Mak R-Action's) I got last week, actually, finnally got some decent pics of my Max lol. Next on the list (fairly soon hopefully) is to get it lowered as it looks a little odd with these new rims and being so high. After that I'd like to maybe fit a body kit Anyway, have a look at the pics and let me know what you think.

They match the car very well. It will look even better once you are able to drop it, so get to it.

Lol, yeah I'll either get rid of the trailer hitch or get one of those chrome caps that you can get to stick on them . The way luck works for me, as soon as I take the towbar off, I'll have a need for it lol.

Tyre size is 225/45 R17.

Ludacris, you're talking about the sidemarker above the front wheel wells right? Not sure how much they go for, wouldn't think they'd be too much since they're fairly small. I thought the I30 had them as well? If they don't and you'd like a pair, send me a PM, I'll look into to

I'm really liking the new look, much improvment over this:

Oh that is definetly an improvement

About the sidemarker...I bought my sidemarkers for $40 US...used, so they arent as cheap as you would expect Unfortunately none of the US market Nissan cars have the sidemarkers. But its okay...dont wanna trouble you =)

What you see in the background is a Nissan Patrol (turbo diesel, 4.2L)

Yeah, I live on a dairy farm about an hour out of Christchurch. Well, I do when I'm at home, while I'm at Uni I live in Christchurch at a hall of residence.

Ludacris, it's no problem, I'm already going to be making some trips and phone calls to shops for others here on the org, won't be a problem to get a quote on some side markers Wanting the V6 badge to go with it?

Yeah Except they differ here to what you have over there. No communal bathrooms and you get your own room to your self. Getting off OT though

Edit: Created a CarDomain page, check it out http://maxima.cardomain.com/memberpage/603015 Didn't really think it was worth a whole seperate reply

Looks good! You need some JIC'z and slam that biotch!... heheh..

Do you actually tow things with your maxima? I've noticed that cars from Nz always have tow hitches even the civics..

Yeah it's towed before Mostly when my parents used to own it though, dad once towed a 5000kg trailer and roller, although I don't think that was one of his smartest moments lol. Apart from that, on weekends it used to tow a tandem horse float with two large horses aboard with out struggle

Lots of cars here have tow bars here, as SUV mania hasn't hit to a large extent yet. You'd probably see more cars on the road towing then you would SUV's Car dealers use towing capabilities in their sales speaches lol.

Ok, I'll have a look, shouldn't be too hard to find. Damn, just got back to my room at Uni and didn't bring the camera with me so I can't go out and get a pic of the V6 badge If you can wait a week, I'll be able to though. It's the emblem you can see under the sidemarker on my car
