Help! only got 2 gears on 5-speed standard shift

My 1986 car will no longer go in 1st, 4th, 5th, and reverse.
It throws it back out and grinds when I try. Is this a linkage problem?(Fingers crossed)

what does the clutch feel like? I had the same thing happen when my clutch cylinders went out.
