i'll see if it does fit....fyi, it comes off another car and was told it would fit ours. obviously i wanna test fit it first
Someone had a splitter that I was interested in for the A33 I30/35/Cefiro not too long ago. I think it would be killer in CF.
I cant figure out how to post and image, so here is a link to the I30 classifieds where there is a pic.
Scroll down a bit... Duh
I am definately interested in a nice CF splitter... Well, as long as it fits and looks good on an I30 bumper

Keep me posted on the spliter, I would really dig it on my Maxima, I am also searching for a rear lip spoiler for my decklid..if I can get one I wanna make it look carbon fiber also- unless I can get a full CF rear lip- kinda like the M5 lip or the new TL one. I heard that the M5 one works ?

the term "splitters" might be throwing ppl off. In actuality a properly designed piece should be called a CF front diffuser. It allows air to pass in higher velocity underneath the car creating more downforce as the air on top of the car has greater resistance in comparison to the bottom.
a well designed piece should cover most of the bottom front or the entire bottom of the car all the way back. The "splitters" just happen to be the part sticking out. Which in most ppl's cases is for cosmetic looks, hence the little "shocks" up front

afaik, 'splitters' is also interchangable with adjustable front spoiler. The struts are there so that you can adjust the angle of attack and determine in conjunction with an adjustable rear spoiler, what kind of downforce balance you want front and rear. It is another way to tune the handling of a car towards over or understeer at high speeds. Unless you're taking corners at 90 mph you don't need these.
But they sure do look cool.
The underbody diffuser, serves to increase a car's topspeed and lower it's aerodynamic coefficient.
