How hard is it to vote? Last time I looked, we had 64 views and 3 votes. Pathetic.

poll says it

i'll always like manuals. but most rather have an auto to cell phone it or smoke or drink. talk radio did a show on it, some callers claimed to be real "men" in driving standards. it was amazing how many (majority) said it was the other way around

You sure that's an auto? The title page stated it's a 6spd.

I own an auto

It's obvious there is positives and negative to owning both... If I lived somewhere in a warm climate all year round, an a lot of open space, not too much traffic etc.. I'd rather have a 5spd for sure.. but, living in NYC??! hmm
My only problem is that I tend to do a lot of hard driving, I like to accelerate fast and like to be in control of the car as much as I can, so a 5spd would just be fun as ****! BUT, in poor weather, satanic NYC traffic jams, tight streets and stop and go driving, a 5spd is not that fun I guess, a lot of people said it's not that bad, some said they go nuts driving stick here... People also say the clutch will wear out fast somewhere like NYC, but my freakin auto tranny allready died once, it feels sluggish as hell.. There are so many days I wish it was a 5spd..
Auto's are good for traffic, cruising, talking on the phone while driving, eating etc.... but they are not fun, espcially being someone who drives hard, and everytime that sh*t hesitates between gears or takes FOREVER to downshift or upshift, I slap myself in the face.
I think the best thing to do is buy 2 cars, an auto and a 5spd
