i replaced my upper and lower rad hoses because of a coolant leak, but after further examination it seems to be coming from an area above or near the pulleys. any idea what it might be?

i remember driving on the freeway and i realized the car had now power, looked at the temp and it's off the chart. then i see smoke comin out of the hood.

says it fits 85-91 which seems odd, isn't the 3rd gen 89-94?

or are the parts just different?

 

VE water pump. You have to look for 92-94 SE only. VE30DEs have an unique motor. It's also a pain in the tushie to get it out.

That one in the auction is for the wrong motor. VG vs VE.
