This is one of the first nice cool days here in Houston. I hope it stays this way.
I love what the cool weather and lack of humidity does to the car. It feel so much more powerful and responsive.
I even got a chirp out of the 2nd->3rd shift. Never had that happen before.
it's great.

Yeah the cold weather is nice. My max is running VERY strong up here in North Jersey. The other night my buddy who has a '98 and me with my '96 decided to screw around a bit. On a roll, I punched it and the tires started spinning, spun 2nd a bit and chirped 3rd. Now if only the Max ran like that on a hot summer day.........

Preach on brutha......

My car is running like a top. 3rd gear feels significantly stronger when it's cooler out. I to got a nice chirp into 3rd today while hauling down an entrance ramp. I love the way my car sounds now that I put on my stock exhaust (with a much nicer tip I might add). I forgot how cool the intake sounded at WOT. I can't tell any difference in power. We'll see how she does this Friday night. I got some VHT for my tires and springs blockers for the rears. Hopefully some 14.6s are in my future.

Yeah, this weather rocks..

I killed a Chevy full-size and an MX-6 on the way to school. It would have been much harder if it was 80-something in the morning.

I almost wanna move to Seattle. Awesome weather for turbos.hehe

Yea

I used to go on Fri. nights but you have to get there early.
First of all you get a butt load of runs when you get there early. Man it gets packed later in the night. Also the big V8 w/ thier slicks make things alot slicker after a while. which makes it harder to get good et's. I'll talk to my bro. in law and see if he wants to go this Fri. while the weather is good. plus it's cheaper that the Drag wars.
I'll keep you posted.
