Good RCA cables, fare price?

I currently have some PPI twisted RCAs on the opposite side of my car vs the power cable and i still get alt whine when the head lights are on. What good priced cables should I look into buying? thanks

sounds liek a wiring problem to me but i use walmart rca's and have no problems whatsoever.

If you have alternator whine, you need better grounds. Check and/or run new ground wires from your amps, battery to chassis, etc. Better ground=less noise

thanks, i'll have to reground the wires under my hood because i've moved my amp ground around many times already.
