Cheap place to find K&N filters????

Cheap place to find K&N filters????

does anyone know a cheap place to find these....paid 12 bucks for a paper one at napa this morning because I was in a hurry, is it really worth it buying a k & N now? cheapest place i saw em was ebay for 50, anyone know where they are cheaper?

There must be cheaper ones out there. I paid C$47.69 (plus tax) at Mopac in Vancouver, BC and you say they are US$50 on e-bay. You don't need the cleaner kit anytime soon so buy that later.

You have to ask yourself: a) am I inclined to change to a CAI or other intake arrangement which will make the K&N panel air filter obsolete, and b) if not, how long am I going to keep the car?

I am not into noise and have a K&N panel air filter and Budget Y-pipe and I can certainly notice the performance improvement with no noise difference at idle or cruising, just at WOT particularly above 4K rpms.

It's odd that you ask, I just bought one at Autozone about an hour ago for $39.99

Cleaning and reoiling kit goes for $9.99

Yes, most definitely go to Autozone. They even have them in stock.
