Does a 02 SE come with Standard Traction control?? If so, I don't think mine works. Also is there a way to turn it on and off that I am missing.... sorry for the Nubie Question

 

you need leather package....otherwise not standard

 

i feel like a nerd asking this but how do u tell if ur max has traction control?? i have a '00 gle

 

I have it on an 02 SE without leather but its a PITA and I wish I could permanently shut it off.

Everytime I race I have to shut it off and then when I do a burnout 1/2 the time it goes into limp mode and I have to shut the car off and turn it back on to get it back to normal before I can race. I have tried various methods of shutting if off but it still goes to limp mode a lot when doing burnouts.

PS if you have traction control it will have a switch on the dash to turn it off.
