another option, which i have been happy with in the past on previous cars, are bendix IQ's. i can't say if they're good or bad as this will be the first test on this car, but at $32 for the front set, can't really say no. i was going to get my original set, porterfield pads, but i feel like testing the waters with something else. i will be installing them on saturday and will be used on IRotors slotted. we'll see how they do.

i've got the same issue. im pretty sure i need to change my break pads. makes a funny noise even when im not braking. its been 33,000 miles and ive yet to change them. how long does everyone else wait to change their brake pads? is the process of changing the pads and easy DIY? where can i get a set of 4 stock pads? anything better than stock pads but not ridiculously priced?
