You could use any of them. Some people have a preference, but they all work about the same. Just buy one. Then when you need another, try a different brand.

What you might want to consider besides claying is the kind of polish that you use. To determine that, just look at your finish. Does your car have a moderate amount of swirl marks? Does the car have any etching from various stains in the paint?

Those are two questions that you'd have to ask yourself to determine the kind of polish to use.

The goal you want to achieve is to remove other surface imperfections before the wax/glaze step.

This will give you pretty much hands down the best shine possible. Get a clay magic clay bar, the blue one NOT the red. And order yourself some Wolfgang concours series pre wax polish enhancer and deep gloss paint sealant. There really isnt anything else that will beat it. It's all synthetic products, much better than any carnauba out there. http://www.premiumautocare.com/wococarca.html Another good combo is Clearkote vanilla moose handglaze, Poorboys EX-P handglaze topped with either meguirs #16 paste wax or Blackfire wax. Your car will shine like it never has before!!!
