its that time again to change rotors and pads. I wanted to know what yall used and where to get them. I'm trying to stay away from cross-drilled but slotted is fine. Even regular is ok with me just give me some options with opinions and places to buy stuff. Don't forget about what kind of pads work well

I just ordered a set of front/rear, slotted, and zinc plated from iRotors.com for my 03. There was a group deal set up for rotors and pads a while back, but I emailed them today and the prices are still good.

I am about to replace my front brakes on my 2000 SE (45K miles).
To that end, I just bought a set of Brembo blanks from NOPI ($76.36 + $22.38 shipping) and Raybestos Ceramic Quiet Stop pads ($39.99 + $25.25 shipping).

By the way, I have been keeping track of all brake-related discussions on this forum for at least two years. Both the Brembo blanks and the Raybestos Quiet Stops are highly recommended.

BTW, if you want to avoid warping (like I do), the blanks may be a better chocie than drilled or sloted rotors. (That subject is beyond the scope of this message, but there was a very good article on brakes by a guy called Stephen Ruiz from STOPTECH LLC.

 

Hey Guys thanks a bunch. Looks like i've got some candidates. I think i'm going to try to find a place that carries both so i can save on shipping. I'll Reply when i've ordered everything. But this wont be till next week, so if yall have any more deals or suggestions drop em on in. I think the blanks with the raybestos are what i'm settled on right now.
