Front license plate bracket

Stupid question. With the amount of stupid nissan clips, and snap-on parts that I've busted by just yanking them off, anyone want to lemme know how I take this thing off without busting it?

2 bolts hold on the plate to the cover
tht cover is held on to the bumper by 2 other bolts.
do not over tighten..
