Was thinking of getting a ground kit on my 92 ve....do they actually help performance wise...better gas mileage, quicker shifting, tranny response(auto), better start up.......is it worth the $60 or so bucks to invest in a ground kit and is it an easy installation?

Matt 92se auto, CAI, WSP Y PIPE, Hi Flow Cat, 2 1/2" cat back w/magnaflow muff, advanced timing, clr corners, rebuilt tranny, JDM ve swap

I bought one from Matt for my VG auto, but haven't had a chance to install it yet. It's made well, though, I can tell you that much.
