well its good to know that your customer service is better now. Do you have any sets of maxima projectors you want to show us? Any ebay links? any more info besides the pics of other headlights that I might never need?

wow, i remember reading that thread a while ago when mad max was having problems with this hid kit. this MONTHS ago, and if it's still not resolved by now, then i'd say that indigo's customer service hasn't improved and i definitely wouldn't do business with this guy.

English is not his first language for one and you don't use capitals where you should use them.

Note to all: Keep this thread clean of the BS. If there are people with issues from Indigo's retro, then please contact him directly or head over to the Dealership Experiences Forum.

hi there well soccstv the problem was that ups broke the headlight..anyway they refund the money to my costumer. Right now i sell the retrofits in Europe and Asia with great results, of course my package was made special for the headlithg to avoid problems.(it was a experience that become a feedback to me). Well...right now on ebay i sell the parts for retrofits works, my costumers buy the parts and they make the retro with some info, pics etc..that i send by email.

Again...sorry for my english im not from USA. Anyway you can focus on the idea not the grammar.

and Mad-MAX_SE i didnt run...jejeje i have 2 business on in mcallen, Texas where is my bro selling the parts, etc. And here in Tamaulipas(on the boarder with USA) i have my retrofit shop, we are happy here cause we save a lot of money on leasing the warehouse and of course its more easy to ship the items from Mexico to Europe and Asia than USA(more cheap by ups and fedex).

Another important fact is that all my parts are direclty shipped from my vendors(philips, hella, etc) so i see more queality on this way.

deezo: thanks for your comment you are totally right

I'm not telling you or anyone else to not go after this guy. Just don't do it here. There is another forum for that.

I'm not too knowledgeable about projectors ..... what's all this right hand drive stuff about? So BMWs sold in England can't use headlights from US-market BMWs? I don't see why it matters.
