Installation package or buy seperate?

Installation package or buy seperate?
I need to install a Amp and woofer in my car. The amp is 250w. Should I buy one of these installation kits or should I buy all the wiring seperately? These kits seems pretty expensive, but will buying everything seperate cost more? What do you guys recommend?
