i lifted my hood to clean my engine and i noticed that the radiator fan doesnt spin when the car is on, im a newbie, but when u start ure car, shouldnt the radiator fan start spinning? if im even giving it the right name, i THINK there are two fans there....could there be a fuse of some sort blown? what can i do to check this out? thanks guys

 

The fans are controlled by the ECU. They only come on when they are needed.
