rapid flashing LED bulbs (turn signals)
rapid flashing LED bulbs (turn signals)
I just purchased a pair of red LED bulbs (1156). However, when I intalled them for my rear turn signals/hazard lights, they flash twice as fast as the regular bulbs. Is there a way to fix this?
you have to wire in a resister.. i forget how many ohms. I was going to do it, but I just ended up buying cheap hyperwhites and everything else not blinking LEDs. How are they in terms of brightness during the day?
They're pretty bright. The LED bulbs are clear but light up as bright red. I couldn't use the hyperwhite ones as they're illegal to be used as blinkers around here. Currently, I have the regular 1156 bulbs with those red gelcap covers. They look kinda ugly though since I have the gen2 altezzas, that's why I thought of using the LEDs instead.
