new brake pads

I just decided to go with frozen rotors from frozenrotors.com and i am looking for some pads for the front axle. Can anyone recommend some good places to buy brake pads? I would also like some info on specific pads. I do not want to go back with oem, but want the same characteristics as the oem pads. I am now looking at the green suff pads, but have not heard anything about them. I want a good quite pad with minimal dust and good stopping power (who doesnt) I want the best pad there is, price does not matter. I would appreciate it if anyone could give me feedback on pads, especially those who have frozen rotors.
Thanks

I got the Raybestos® Quiet Stop from GD. They are quiet if you install properly and less dust. Their response are just like oem pads. You can try them if you want oem characterestic.

Performance Friction Carbon Metalic. Have always used them. Better than the crappy OEM pads.
