OK, who here actually take there max out for a spin when there bored or just for the hell of it? i know i do, i do it so much...i think most of the milage in my max is from recreational driving rather than for a purpose. i have almost 500 miles in my max now(have it for 2 weeks). i have to say 300 of the miles is for fun and just cruising around(looking for chicks) and showing off. the rest is to get to places and school.

 

i go out a lot when im bored at home to just drive around without a purpose... sometimes i get on the belt near my house go to like one end before it turns into the bqe and then get off and go back in the other direction... i drive around my area... i used to drive to queens to my friends house but now they took the pavement off the belt near the airport and last time i went i got a chip in my windshield right in the middle of where i look... so i will stay away from taht route for like a week till they repave it... I wash the car when im bored too... if its raining i wash the interior...

 

it's great to just take a ride on Sunset or by UCLA or even PCH when i feel like getting away... funfunfun... theraputic too!

 

i always take the max out for fun! especially after work. my car is the reason i work two jobs so after i get off, i have to remind myself why i'm doing it. just walking to the parking lot and seeing her makes me feel better, but there's nothing like cruising with the windows down and stereo on through a sea of cute girls!

 

12miles or so, round trip. . . With friends, we go around the island, which takes a good part of the day.

For the most part, it's always sunny, so I'm always driving...

Hey, there's nothing to be ashamed about if you love to just drive around in an awesome car I do it too. I bet we all do...

 

But I do hate putting miles on my car.

 

I do that....a nice neck snapping ride through the twisty back-roads can be a lot of fun

 

I definitely do. I love this car - it has to be my favorite car I have ever owned. I lvoe taking it for a drive just for fun and even though I love my wife dearly, I love driving it without her in it where I can open the sunroof, roll down the windows, crank the stereo and drive fast and tight around turns..ok, now that I talked about it-I'll be back - gotta go drive my baby!!!

 

All i can say is...All the time. If I get out of work late and rush hour traffic has died down I'll take the long way home (i live 1 1/2 miles from work) which is a round trip of 20 miles. Nissan...Driven (alot)

 

I do it all the time, but I worry about the mileage. 4 and 1/2 months with the car and I already have 8,200 miles!
