Interior Neon Tubes wiring

I'm going to be doing a complete audio system swap out this spring, so I thought I might as well as put some neon tubes in the interior while I have the interior ripped apart. With that said...

(1) Where would the best place to wire tubes located under the dash?

(2) And for the back seats?

I did this in my old Neon in college, but the wire job was kinda sloppy and I'd like to do a cleaner job this time!

for the ones under the dash, i wired mine to the light that was in the ashtray so when i turned my parking lights or headlights on, the neons would come on. it's pretty easy to get to it. all you have to do is take the kick panels off of each side of the center console, remove the shifter bezel, and tap into the wires...that is assuming that you have a light in your ash tray. otherwise, when i first put them in, i had them tapped into the cigarette lighter.

Awesome, thanks. Yeah, last time I wire them directly into the light switch for my headlights in the Neon and was looking to do the same thing, but wasn't sure if I could access that wire without tearing the steering column apart. Thanks for the advice!
