Buy used Eibach springs...

Is it safe to buy a used pro-kit, installed on a maxima for about a year... considering you get it at a good price? Say $100?

Yes.

I ran on used Eibachs for a year and then sold them to another ORGer.

Used springs are fine, stay away from used struts in most cases.
