I was looking under the hood today because i was trying to find out my paintcode for my car. After searching for a few mins and checking the haynes manual i found out my car dosent have a Vin Plate . It has the two things that are supost to hold it in but no plate. So i was wondering if anyone could give me a guess on what color paint my car has. Its a dark blue color with I guess purplish flakes in the paint. Any guess on what color it could be??. The car is a 95 SE. Also is there anyway possible for me to get another vin plate that matches my Vin number??

Check by the door, the vin should be there also if I'm not mistaken. another way is to check your car registration, DMV has to have a VIN number to register the car.

From you decription it sounds like a BS3 which is a dark blue color.

^^^ yup just like yours. Its not that i dont have vin numbers all over the car which i do its just that iam missing the plate o well I guess, since I am not the only one with out one.

Go to the dealer with your VIN # and they will be able to tell you what color code your car has.

 

what's the deal with this no vin plate thing? anyways ill ask the dealer about the code
