animals living in the car

i had just pulled into a mall parking lot today and was getting out when a mouse climbed out from under my hood onto my windshield and ran off. its been too dark to check out whats been going on under the hood but i am concerned. My ses light had come on and went off in the same day on wed. im sure the mouse could have got into a whole bunch of stuff. im not looking forward to discovering what presents he left behind.

you think that is bad? My neighbor moved into a new neighborhood and came back to his old house to check on it (for rent). Well, she came out screaming when she got out of the car and doorbelled furiously at my house. I was like wtf? Then i went there and a cat was stuck in her engine bay (mazda mpv). I got it loose but man that cat must have been frying because she drove the car at least 30 minutes.

Geez, at first I thought you said a moose climbed out fron under your hood.

I was going to ask you what you've been smoking, and then if you live in Yellowstone?

Have you kept the car parked for some time (more than a couple days?)

If so, they might of nested in there for a bit, i concur, check wiring.

Other than that, I doubt they did much, just wanted a warm safe place to call home.

i park the car in the same spot in front of my dorm every night. yesterday when i saw the mouse climb out, it was like 85 degrees (South Carolina) and i had driven the car for about 20 mins so it must have been ROASTY in there.
