CP needs a few coilover evaluators

[attn moderators, this is a legitimate call for evaluators, not a group deal or sales pitch.]

If 1) you're seriously into driving the twisties and know what you're doing, 2) want to upgrade to a good coilover suspension at a very low price, and 3) are willing and able to give them a good thrashing and provide some quality feedback (within a week of receiving them), then write to me for more information via email or PM.

We're only testing 3-4 coilover sets (including my car), so make the case for why you'd be a capable "tester", and we'll choose accordingly. These fit all 95-03 Maximas/I30s/I35s.

Thanks,

Darn if this was during the summer time I would be all for it but I don't plan on making any more trips to the road course this year.

I mostly drive in the street, but drive my car very hard, I have stock suspension and want to go to some kind of coilovers and new struts too, I was going to go with KYB GR-2 and just get Eibachs, I am in San Jose Ca.

I don't want to waste any of your time & energy, so i'd first have to ask what price range are we talking about? If the price is able to fit in with my budget then I'd be willing to do some evaluating for you.

What qualifies me?

1st: Willow Spring road course is about 10 minutes away from my house. It's the same course that road & track uses when testing exotic & production vehicles. There are several notorious corners at the WS road course for testing G-force. So track testing wouldn't be a problem.

2nd: LACR (Los Angeles County Raceway) is about 15 minutes from my house. So 1/4 mile testing is more then an option. People seem to forget that by dialing in your ride height properly you can increase traction & possibly lower ET's.

3rd: I live about where almost every road is a twisty? I'm about 2 minutes from Bouquet Canyon road, Soledad Canyon road, & Godde Pass road. I am aproximately 10 mintues from the Angeles Crest Hwy & drove that road for several years on my commute to work. In this vehicle which is equipt with fully adjustable KW coil overs.

I am more then knowledgable when it comes to installing & adjusting coil over suspension systems. I understand the dynamics & importance of proper weight distribution to get the full benefits of a fully adjustable suspension.

Overall I feel the ability to perform these tests at 3 seperate testing grounds puts me in the ranks of qualifying, but thats up to you. Thank you for the giving everyone here on the org the opertunity to be the first in yet another possibly great product. And for trusting us for forwarding results & advice to you. Thanks again!

i'll do it. but i only have the street to drive it on...that and large industrial complexes...hehe. any more info on the coilovers? are they real coilovers simliar to JICs or are we talking closer to GC's? also i live in the NE and can let you know how they deal with the winter as well! so pick me. i'v driven maxs with GCs w/ illuminas, sprints w/ KYBs, and sprints with springtechs. anyways these would be sick to have and ya. pick me. good luck finding people....shouldn't be hard.
