weird noise not able to locate it!

Yes my maxima once again is in need of some kind of repair. I hear this weird noise coming from the passenger side wheel or just the right front end of the car. It only happens when im going about 10-25mph slow in 1st or 2nd gear, I hear this squeeling noise more as if the belts were siding off, its not a consistant noise its more of a squeel squeel no squeel like the motion of the tire as it rotates it would make a noise to a point then stop and go and stop and go, but its very fant at times and the only way to really listen is to have all music off. Im trying to explain the best I can, umm when I hit the brakes the sound tends to get a bit louder and then die out before my car comes to a complete stop. Im thinking more or less its a wheel bearing problem or that the belts might be to tight? But im sorry if im not the best in explaing, but does anyone have an idea of what the hell it is because its starting to really tick me off.

Try looking at your right lower ball joint? The Nissan dealer said they fixed mine.
