alrite my boy has 2 sony 12inch xplod subs for 50 dollars in a box, i mean i think its a good price, and i know they are the ****tiest speakers, but is it ok to get them? i just keep saying to myself even though if the speakers are crap, im still paying for a box rite? neways i have a sony dp 1300 amp which is 400 watts and 600rms. that should be enough for it rite?

 

might as well get them. $50 ain't too bad to see if you like them, and if you don't then it's not like you spent a small fortune on them. i haven't had luck with sony car audio, but some people have.

Id get the box to tide me over till I save for a better setup. Just think of it this way if it gets stolen only the ****'s who stole it will be the ones getting robbed.

It's rubish... If you want power, buy kicker... If you want quality, buy Treo subs. Just my 2 cts.

 

You'll be wasting your money. Your gonna find out the hard way that they do suck that bad & will upgrade to something else. Just hang on and get something worth the $.

alirte i decided to get a kicker comp vr4 instead for the time being, because i heard my friends xplod and uhm well lets just say my four year old sub hits harder than that, and he showed me the other xplod in the box, lol yo that **** ripped and theres awhole lot of cotton **** in it, neways thanks guys for leading me in the rite direction

wow i guess i got really lucky. i bought so sony xplods and amp for cheap. and i tell u i have heard very very few system better than mine. and i know all of u with w7's will flame me but for what i spent i love it. 200 for whole setup and it beats HARD. definatly not the loudest ever but u would never imagine sony if u sat in my car. but i do agree everything else in car audio that i have tried from sony sucked, especially the hu

i have a sony amp too and that **** could push, lol yes i also have a sony headunit and 10 disc changer. but im not gettin da subs though! im gettin kicker comps vr. so is kicker a little bit better than rockford, cuz i know the hx2s are bad and i have a punch, but the dam solobaricks are so sick
