I am doing a manual swap on my 91 GXE now and am almost done but I have a donar car, that is what you really need so you can get all the little clips and nuts that go into the swap. I don't think there is any way you will be able to find all the parts you will need including clutch hydrolical lines and connectors. If you want to make sure you get it all get a nissan service manual from Ebay and look at the MT section and check out the exploded view of the whole assembly, It will show you everything you need, but what I would do is call the salvage yards and look for a donar car, I got mine for 350$ not bad considering im getting the rear disk brakes off it too.

if you dont have room or access to a donor car you can do it by getting everything from a junkyard it will just take you about 10 to 20 trips so if there arnt any close forget it becuase you will alway forget to get somthing and need to go back. this all true unless youve already done a swap then you should know what parts to get

You may not want to attempt this if you dont have a general understanding about cars because a lot can go wrong, and it could cost you some serious $$$. My advise would be to find someone near you thats willing to help you and you would be in business.

don't forget the flywheel, front tranny mount and mount brackets and the tranny brackets that bolt from the tranny to the engine block.
