Ok I am lost ... so i bought this box right

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=5721164964

and the guys lists..

Made of thick 3/4" MDF wood
Dark Grey carpeted exterior
Two holes for 12" speakers
Two connection terminals
Dimensions: 30.5" width x 15" depth x 15" height
2.00 cubic feet in the sealed section
1.25 cubic feet per sealed sections
Total of 4.50 cubic feet!
now is it 2 cubic feet each subwoofer section since the box is divided in two? or is it 1.25 cubic feet each opening.. someone help me out

my screwed up math says 15 x 15 x 15 = 45" / 30 because 30 inches = 1 foot is 1.5

wtf, "2.0 in the sealed section...1.25 per sealed section" ??

If those box measurements are right, total internal volume should be around 3.06 cu ft. So each chamber is around 1.5 cu ft. I dont know where he got 2.0 per chamber from

yeah he lost me on that.. the way i came with 1.5.. i figure since the full width is 30 .. half would be 15... depth 15... height 15 .. total for 1 side is 45 inches.. which is 1.5 feet .. give or take

The way i did it was 29 x 13.5 x 13.5 = 5285.25 (i took the thickness of the wood into consideration). I then divided that by 1728 to get 3.058 for a total volume. Then half that is around 1.5 give or take

Why 29? If full width is 30..then it should be 27.75....the rest would depend on how it was built with the sides and top locations..

Doug..I told ya I woulda built ya one. And terminals Suck

I'm thinking that those subs will cause that ebay enclosure some stress. If Don's gonna build you one, go that route.
