245/35 vs 235/35 tire on 19" rim

How much of a difference would it make? I know they recommend 235/35/19 tire for 19"s on a 5th gen. How much would my speedo be off? Any rubbing with teh wider tire?

If I recall correctly I think 245/35/19 is closer to stock size.
