Switching GXE and SE Comptuers 1995

The GXE shut's off at 120 mph. I heard the SE computers doesn't shut off at all. Can I just switch out the computers or will it now work? Are they the same set up? Please respond.

You can read the FAQs and learn that you dont need to switch ECUs to get around the speed limiter.
