Not that I advocate buying from a dealership, but many dealerships are selling Nismo parts now including wheels. Also online Gruppe-S sells Rays wheels including Nismo.

or do what neal suggested. call some of the dealerships selling nismo stuff and see if they can special order. doesnt look like many people would be selling these wheels second hand, but there is also ebay or ebay japan ! lol !
