Thumping rear brake after pads/rotors replacement, What should I do?

Hi guys,
After I replaced my pads and rotors, I got thumping noise from rear brakes while braking to completely stop. The front brake works great. Only the rear brake make the noise. Someone told me the noise would go away but it still exist one month passed.
I tried to take the rear brakes apart and put them back but no help. What should I do?
Should I turn the rotors and use other pads?
BTW, my pads are Raybestos quietstop and rotors are brembo blank.

When u say 'thumping', is that like when moving from braking in reverse to braking moving forward, the first time u stop? Put another way, is the 'thumping' more noticeable/prevalent the first time you apply the brakes while the car is moving forward after you have applied the brakes while the car is moving in reverse?

If yes, there's a TSB out for this that I had done many moons ago....might want to look into that...
