I guess i am just a sucker for regular black. Although my painter did put on 7 coats and i swear in person it almost gives off a candy paint effect. It took 2 weeks and he charged me $3100 total.

Yea i thought about a custom color, but this car being my daily driver i didn't want something that out of the ordinary. I parked next to a black 2k4 yesterday and you can tell the difference in the colors. Mine looked a shade darker and much more deep. I have to say i am extremely happy with my choice

engine bay shot, the front lip looks better but for some reason I like the sterling mist better. But as long as you like it that is all that matters.

I do to, i like the sterling mist too, but to each there own. In both colors your car looks hot, i think i would have spen that 3100 dollars in performance mods, but that my opinion...

Nice paint job though...

I already got the supercharger with 3.125 pulley and full exhaust, Apexi SAFC, VB mod. So after the headers i am pretty much done because to me my car is fast enough and any more would just get me in trouble

Car got scratched up at a bar a few weeks back. So i figured it was a prime opprtunity to change to my favorite color. Now that you seen pics of mine when are you going to show pics of those sick @$$ wheels of yours

black is a very nice color but just too much drama to deal with for me. good luck maintaining it!

Nice...really sets the dish on the rims off. It makes the rims stand out more IMO. Very nice.

Time to finish off the SC with a CAI to get back that 1psi and polish the SC discharge pipe? Or are you "done"?

In Living Color!

Chris, the Max looks nuts! I think the front lip is a 100% improvement over the old Stillen, and the color looks nice. How did the job come out? As long as you're happy with the color and outcome...which it seems like you are....then $$$ well spent. Now the fun part...keeping her clean and scratch free!!!!! Good Luck. I still think you should have the mesh in your rims painted black, and keep the polished lip!

HAHA right when i think i am done i start getting these ideas thrown at me and it makes me want to keep going. I already got the car cover and have bought all the neccessary clothes to wash and dry with so i guess i am on the right track. I know it is going to get scratched but just want to keep it minimized. As far as the quality of the job, all i have to say is the boy's (My painter) got skillz.

Looks good man. I like black as well, but with all the scratches that show up your bound to get tennis elbow and other joint pain from all the waxing I opted for the low up keep color

Awesome, I've always really like your car. Did you ever solve the problem by trying to get your BBK to fit?
