Where to buy lower-grille? (Diamond cut)

I want a Diamond Cut lower-grille -- has to be aluminum so it doesn't rust. Suggestions?

Arnold...check out the Street Scenes grille. I believe you can pick one up via Steve at SWA.

Street Scenes is really expensive. $150 is a bit too much. And they don't have any pics of their diamond cuts.

Edit: NM. I was looking at the wrong item for some reason. $65 is pretty good, actually. I need some pics.

Arnold, PM Y2KSESteve at SWA. He may be able to get you a deal on the lower.

Here are two shots from two members cars with the SS grille...

Here is a link for search results under Street Scene.

Those pics are from two other members cars. I don't know the details to installing the Street Scene lower grille.

The second pic is my car. The install is very easy: Just pull the pop tabs out of the splash guard for easy access behind the gril and put it in place. It has these clips that go behind it to keep it in place and they just slide right on. The in-box instructions will suffice.

The SS grill I think is the best...
I don't have any rust on mine at all...really holds up well in the winter time...

I put them on with no clearcoat or anything. Straight out of the box. This was in June of '03. So far absolutely no rust, chips, fading, anything! (knock on wood)

My car is garage kept 100% and i always dry the grill asap when i wash it. Maybe that has something to do with it.

What's the reason for this? Cheap material/rusting/etc?
please elaborate.

I like the steet scenes design better, but these are inexpensive.

Go with the Street Scene's Lower Valence Grille. I have had mine on my Maxima for almost two years now. It looks real nice, is not hard installed, but I suggest using zip-ties, instead of the black clips that come with the valence grille.

I would stay away from Grille-Tech products. Never heard anything good about them, and I don't think they look that good. They look cheap. The Street Scene's is good quality and looks sharp. I would spray one or two clear coats on the Street Scene before installing it. That was my only mistake. After two years, I am just discovering signs of rust on the bottom, not visible.
