if one lives in a neighborhood that even his maxima would get egged....it is some f*cked up neighborhood.

I was cooking my microwave and decided to go out and take a look at that unique shine on my max under yellow light.

when I was there...it didnt only have that special shine....but also an egg on its rear windshield....the crap in the egg dripped from the trunk edge to the rear bumper.. the splash went all the way to the hood where I cleaned up at least 15 stains on it. I spent 2 hour washing it with my bare hands under this cold night....try to get rid of the egg smell and stain as much as I could with my bare hands...now I turn into a walking egg where the smell goes where I go...

it sucks....who could done this? some ppl just need some respect on other ppl's property. I spent two years to save for this baby and some ppl just try to ruin its beauty with a 25 cents egg....I am going to get a car cover tomorrow.....

any suggestions anybody?

I had my Black Max for a month before I got tomatoed...tomatoed! That's acidic. That's just wrong.

Well, my house gets egged regulaly and that is a ****er.
Try getting egg out of a screen.
You can either move to a place with a garage or try to rent one from an old lady who doesn't drive anymore. Frankly the $50/month is cheap for the peace of mind.
there is also fake survielance cameras you can buy and set up over looking your car, where the bad guy can see it and it may deter him/her.

Last Aug. some a**holes vandalized my car. They hit my poor car with baseball bats and hammers. I needed 2 new front fenders, hood, front bumper, 2 AE headlights, trunklid, 2 tail lights, whole car repainted. Why cant people just respect other peoples things?! I was without my car for two and a half months while it was at the body shop.

get a camera....

but dont get a fake one, get a real one. i bought three x10 wireless color camera's for $110 (it was on sale in february), i think one camera is $60-$70. its sweet, 100ft range, and you hook it up to your tv. when you're not at home, turn your vcr on, and start recording. its nice, and it also helps keep you mind at ease. here's the link:http://www.x10.com/products/cameras.htm
they have a whole bunch of camera's, even night vision camera's.

why

when you can

in terms of brand of car cover, i'm not entirely sure b/c i've only tried the Steel Horse and there aren't many online reviews on car covers. just a word of warning, tho, those "fit guides" are usually wrong. mine and my roommates (accord) both said that they would fit to the size indicated. Nah-ah... get one size larger.

got my car cover today.....I wanted to get the Nissan one but it cost 109 for a 3-layer cover and I even had to pre-order it and pay the full price...The rep. said that it comes with a wire so u can lock it up for more security...but I was thinking...if someone really wanna steal ur car...a wire like tat wont stop this person.

finally, got mine at pepboys...65 bucks and I did get a size larger, it fits perfectly.

thx

You're joking, right? I think the lock is so that some a-hole doesn't steal the cover, not the car. Then again, if he managed to get through the cover and steal your car, he would have a tough time driving with the cover over the window.

So thats why the camera was setup. Once we got him on film, my dad recognized him, but due to business he left the country. I asked two officers if they would apprehend this individual. Finally the night came, and like I said I was dissappointed in this guys reasons. The way my 4th gen was vandalized also ****ed me off. Keying messages, eggs, shaving cream, dirt from our grass. Even went as far for using paint thinner on my bumper w/ racial remark. The guy that did this was a Marine, at the time of his arrest had finished his 8 years of service to the country.

man, its sad to see people doing this kind of crap, isn't that considered a hate crime? people like that should seriously be locked up or something, there shouldn't much tolerence for that kind of behavior. but you situation does remind of something. have you seen american beauty? the guy that was in the army that thought it was wrong for homosexual. your story reminded me of that guy, but at least you weren't hurt like what the guy did in the movie.
