If he drove it off a cliff he would be going 67.63MPH in the X direction at 3.1 seconds.

ET streets yes. Until you have facts why spew false info? There are plenty of daily driven hondas that run faster than that. I know of a CRX that drove from VA to an import event in NC and was busting off 9 sec passes @ 150+ but thats a little faster then 3.1 0-60. Research before posting false info. Next

im at 4.6 secs 0-60 doing nearly 13 secs in the 1/4
mardi is a whole sec faster plus, so its very very possible to get 0-60 3 something range.

using a 1/8th mile calculator and Jimes times hes around the 3.3 sec range with an Auto Maxima at the track. Hal is there easily and Matt will join him as soon as he makes a couple passes down the track.

5.5sec 0-60mph here. Not too shabby for N/A with 100Kmiles on the engine.

Exactly my point. If a lot of you 13 second range guys are in the 4's to 60, why couldn't the 11 second range guys be in the 3's to 60? I think Broaner just wanted to be right instead of really thinking about it.

According to ricer 0-60mph calculators that use 1/8 mile ET/MPH, my 0-60mph time is 5.46 seconds. That's with a pitiful 2.18 60' time too. Who would have ever thought a little NA 3.0 V6 grocery getter FWD sedan could do such a thing.

My friends built NA Contour SVT (built 3.0 motor, 13.45@102mph) has a 0-60 time of 4.71 seconds

Come on now kill it. I just told you a few posts back that Matt was going to the track this weekend. If he posts a faster time, you'll have your Max that can do 0-60 in 3 seconds or less. Blu also just told you that Jime is at 3.3 to 60. Is that not close enough?

o.k im here reading up on the lingenfelter viper and these are its stats
0-60 in 3.3 seconds
1/4 mile is 11.0 @ 134 mph

now based on this and other factors, traction etc. 3.1 would be extremely rare for our cars if possible but still mardi can come respectfully close considering its a max. from this info i would estimate around 3.9 for a high 11 sec 12 sec max. but that is still incredible for a front wheel drive car.

That Vipers numbers would probably be mid 2 secs with ET streets which are street legal DOT tires .

Lost of vehicles can post 0-60 in 3 sec. Maximas cant but they arent fast cars. My m/c will run 0-60 in just over 2 secs. and can run about what that CRX does and run all day long at redline.

Just doubt that the 0-60 in 3 sec is a maxima. PLUS 0-60 is not a very good judge of a vehicles capabilities
