Okay, I've had a little problem with my shifter in the past with it not disengaging from OD when I wanted it too. I'd have to position and hold the shifter in a certain spot to get it to stay disengaged from OD. Well turns out my shifter has a broken plastic piece on the upper screw.

I unscrewed that, and the other screw, and then my shift button popped out. So I thought no big deal. I put the shifter back together, and now my shift button doesn't feel as taught as it used to be, and my OD button doesn't work anymore. What do I do to fix it? Last resort is take it to the dealership
