Which LED Turn Signal Mirror Shells would you rather have a GD on? Chrome or Regular?

Gauging interest, which one would u rather like to see a group deal on, price would be around $105 Shipped for either types the Chrome Shell or the regular Plastic (to be painted). Need 10 people. This would be for 4th OR 5th gens as far as I know, I do not know about 3rd or 6th (but will check if people are interested)

Pics located on Paradoxes products page, 2nd and 3rd one down.

Don't have pics of the chrome ones, but your imagination should suffice (where theres plasitc in the regular ones, there would be chrome).

(i can't mix the two and have a Group Deal unless there was 10 people for each, and I dont think i can get that many)

So which GD would u rather see?

I dont have the capacity to paint anything. Best I can do is offer the touch up kits that I have at a discounted price along with this GD.

MaxMoJo,

I was wondering if I should get the touch up kit or have the dealer paint it? How hard is it to use the touch up kit. Well it match my paint? We really need to get this deal on the go cause I'm getting anixous.

Touch up kit will be cheaper. The paint comes in spray cans and with some practice and attention to detail, you can do a great job. I have been painting my own parts, with no prior experience and they turn out great. The paint is matched using your car's color code and guaranteed to match. The touch up kit is enough for about 6 square feet (depending on how thick you spray), so its enough for the mirrors and a lot more.

Guys put me down as a maybe at this point, I'm low on funds and I have other priorities. Sorry. Also, I'd like to see some pics of the covers installed from all angles before I buy. I've seen the pics of that red 4th gen with the covers and they look great but I want to see more shots and closer up.

Also, does anyone know how hard these are to wire up?

I would guess that the steering column would be the best place to tap for the turning signal wire. But I haven't installed this yet so I wouldn't be exactly sure until I got them.

only pantable plastic, because he needs 10 people to make a batch of chrome ones, and there was only like 5 people who voted for the chrome, so theres obviously not enough interest for them, even though i really wanted the chrome

I've seen the photo below (cover looks fantastic; great fit and it matches the Maxima look perfectly), but I have not seen a close-up photo of the whole thing from the mirror side (rear, driver's perspective). I'm just a little concerned that the covers will look big and tacked on from behind. Somebody please show me a photo from the rear and convince me otherwise.

Also, do the mirrors still fold back properly with the covers on?

Also, anyone know how much a typical bodyshop will charge to paint these to match? (The standard amount of color coats and clear coats, high qualty job.)
