Can I use transmission fluid for power steering fluid?

Can I use transmission fluid for power steering fluid?
the manual says we can use type Delux 3 fluid for
the power steering fluid, while the transmission fluid is
right Delux 3 type.
Please correct me if I can't do it

ATF and PS fluid are the same.

Both your automatic transmission and your power steering system use DEXTRON III/MERCON automatic transmission fluid. I think there's a pretty good writeup on changing power steering fluid at www.motorvate.ca.

You can use Dexron III for both auto transmission and power steering fluid. But do not use Nissan D matic fluid for the power steering.

any of you have experience with Redline power steering fluid? or is it the same basic thing, diff. name?
