This should be no problem to install. They come with instructions also since you live in NY I'm sure there would be a lot of people on the org that have them. That would be willing to help you out if you needed.

hmmm, how do these go on?? u just take the stock off and slap this on??

and do they stay on when u have ur lights on or do they just blink when u want to turn ?

 

They apply using 3m double sided tape over your stock shells.
As for how they light up, its up to you how you want to wire them.

When you put these on your car did you wire them to the turn signal in the steering column?

 

I actually did not know where to wire them to in the steering column, so I just ran a wire from the front turn signals to under the dash.
