CIA/Headers/Muffler/Y-Pipe

If you added a cold air intake, stone racing headers, dynomax super turbo muffler and aftermarket y-pipe what will that give you for horsepower to the wheels and to the fly wheel? I know the maxima has 190hp stock and I heard it has 163hp to the wheels stock. What will all of the rest give me?

I don't like the sounds of open air element intakes. I used to, but it got old.

We all have our preferences, but with those mods you listed, you should gain quite a bit. Some people add mods all at once. This is good, but I think it's better to add one by one, and see where you gained with a certain mod, and if any other mods compliment each other or cancel each other out etc.

The headers or y-pipe will give you the most, and it has been proved that adding any aftermarket intake a long w/ a y-pipe/headers, will add ~15-20 whp, not sure on the flywheel power, just add, depending if you're auto or 5spd which will show a typical loss of~17-21% to your wheels.

The muffler won't give you any gains beside sound.

CAI's only show gains in mid-high RPM's and some actually show power loss at low RPM.

You have it backwards.

And Umass, if you have a 5spd, it's typically 17-18% drivetrain loss.

dude... read maxmods... they give the estimated hp of all the performance mods... write them down... whip out a calculator... and push the corresponding buttons...

i can garauntee that you'll be happy with the power increase though... i would... if i had that kind of money...
