When its squeaking, open your hood and see where its coming from... guaranteed its the belts.. Check their tension and see if they are on tight... if they are squeaking that means they are slipping and since its been raining for the past few days you might just have to adjust them a bit.

Examine your... you guessed it! Belts! Check them for cracks/wear and replace if necessary.

Other possible high pitched squeek noises:

*Alternator failing ($160 for rebuilt from autozone, considerably more for brand new from dealer)
* Idler pulley failing ($60 from dealer)
* Water pump ($500-600 to replace)
