popping noise under car

ok so ever since it has gotten colder here in missouri when i make turns out of like stop signs or street lights there is a popping noise from under my car..anyone know what that is?....oh and extreme cold weather makes your door lock problems go away

Sounds like a worn out CV joint....

I agree. I would check out your boots for cracks and/or tears. This is a very common problem with all FWD vehicles. Especially with hard driving.

Definatly sounds like a CV joint. as everyone else has said. VERY common problem with fwd cars.

clicking while turning = probably a bad cv joint. Best to replace both axles

Popping while turning = probably a bad upper strut bearing. Just replace that one.
